For the Healing Festival the head chef Martyn Cutler will once again be creating a wholesome super food menu to keep your energy levels high and tantalise your taste buds with mouth watering local and seasonal produce at the new Edulis (meaning edible plant) cafe/restaurant and Plantation Room Cafe. Both in the main building where you can also enjoy a fine wine or local ale, coffee or refreshing loose leaf tea.
Tansy's Pantry will be serving hot and cold veggie delights in the meadow. There will be local produce, barbeques, homemade cakes and soft drinks and icecream.
There's plenty of food shops, cafes and restaurants in Ventnor. Tramezzini serve the best Italian coffee in town, top quality food, ciabattas, pastas, salads, homemade quiches and pastries as well as daily specials, to eat in or take away so its well worth checking out!!
There are lovely cafes just 5 minutes walk down to Steephill Cove and on Ventnor seafront less than a mile away where there's some great hotels, pubs, restaurants and cafes.
The Cricket club next to the gardens serves food and has a bar and you can also watch Ventnor play cricket and there is a small cafe by the putting green in Ventnor Park.
You can bring your own lunch or picnic and if you are over 18 you are welcome to bring your own alcohol but please drink responsibly and no glass bottles. Please use the bins provided for recycling or take your litter home with you.
